Vidya Balan is a Bollywood actress and is born on 1st January 1982.

Vidya Balan Biography

Vidya graduated with an MA from Mumbai University. She then was offered a role in a Malayalam film called “Chakram”. However, the project never took off. Vidya then appeared in a few music videos, before making her television debut in Ekta Kapoor’s “Hum Paanch” for Zee TV. Vidya entered Bollywood with her first film “Parineeta” where she starred in the main role and worked alongside Saif Ali Khan. The film did well at the box office and Vidya won many awards for best female debut in 2007 for the film.
